If what you bought doesn't work as described, tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it, and if we can't, you get your money back.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase if what you bought does not work as described: the Figma file will not open or duplicate in Figma, your licence key is not accepted by the CLI or the MCP server, the product is materially different from what the pricing page described, or you were charged twice or by mistake. This applies to the Figma library, the code library (yearly or one-time) and the bundle.
Tell us what is wrong first. Most problems are a missing font, a Figma setting, a broken link or a mistyped key, and we will try to fix it within a few working days. If we cannot, you get a full refund.
What does not qualify
What you buy is delivered the moment you pay and cannot be returned: the Figma file once it is in your Figma account, and the code once you have used your licence key to add components. So a change of mind after that is not a reason for a refund. Nor is a request made more than 14 days after purchase, or a problem with your own Figma plan, editor or setup that the product does not cause.
Before buying, look through the previews on the site and write to us with any question. We would rather answer it than refund it.
Your right to cancel in the EU and UK
A consumer in the EU or the UK normally has 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. The notice on the payment page asks for that before you pay.
If you did not give that agreement, your statutory right to cancel applies in full. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
How to ask
Email hello@contactoussema.uk with your order number (it starts with cs_ and is on your Stripe receipt and the thank-you page) and what went wrong.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
What a refund means for your licence
A refund ends your licence. Your licence key stops working, you must stop using the Figma file and delete your copies, and you will no longer receive updates. The same applies to a chargeback or payment dispute, so please contact us first: we can usually sort things out faster than your bank.
Cancelling a yearly code library plan
A yearly plan for the code library renews automatically each year on the date you bought it, until you cancel it. You can cancel any time before the next renewal, and you will not be charged again: open the billing portal at billing.stripe.com/p/login/fZudRb1AIgYAg2z8nVcV200 (linked as Manage your plan on your order page and in your licence email), sign in with the email you paid with, and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email us with your order number and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the year you have already paid for, and there is no partial refund for the time left. You keep full access to the code library, the MCP server, the CLI and updates until the end of that paid year, and then your licence ends. A renewal you were charged twice or by mistake is refunded as described above.
