Terms & Conditions

Last updated 20 October 2026

These Terms govern buying and using Orvain UI: the Figma library, the code library and the bundle, and the website and services around them. By buying or using Orvain UI, you agree to them.

Who we are

Orvain UI is made and sold by Astrolab group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, registered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@contactoussema.uk.

Who you buy from

You buy directly from us. Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe, on its secure checkout page; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe emails your receipt, and any sales tax or VAT due in your country is added at checkout where it applies.

Stripe's own terms apply to the payment and are shown at checkout. These Terms cover what you are buying from us and how you may use it.

What is on sale

The Orvain UI Figma library: a Figma design file, sold as a one-time purchase.

The Orvain UI code library: the React and Vue components, with access to the MCP server and the CLI. It is sold either as a yearly subscription, which renews automatically each year until you cancel it, or as a one-time purchase that does not renew.

The bundle: the Figma library and the code library together, sold as a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Each comes in the plans shown on the pricing page, at the price shown there. The price at checkout includes or adds any tax due where you live, and it is the amount you are charged. Anything described on the site as coming later is not part of a purchase made today.

Delivery

Everything is delivered digitally and immediately. When your payment is confirmed, the thank-you page and an email to the address you paid with give you what you bought.

The Figma library comes as a link to the file in Figma, where you duplicate it into your own Figma account. You need a Figma account to use it.

The code library comes as a licence key. You use it to sign in to the CLI and to connect the MCP server to your editor, as the thank-you page and the email show. Keep the key to the people your plan covers.

Your receipt from Stripe and the thank-you page carry your order number. If you lose the link or the key, write to us and we will resend it to the email you paid with.

Because what you buy is available to you straight away, buying it means agreeing to immediate access, as the notice on the payment page says. Our Refund Policy explains what that means for cancelling.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a licence to use what you bought, not ownership of it. What the licence allows and forbids is set out in the Licence, which forms part of these Terms. In short: the number of people your plan names (one for Solo, up to 8 for Studio, up to 20 for Business), each on up to 2 computers, any number of your own and your clients' projects, and no reselling or sharing the library itself.

Updates to the Figma file, on its own or in the bundle, are included for as long as your licence is active. New versions of the code library are included only with an active yearly subscription; the one-time code library and the code in the bundle are the version available on the day you buy.

Yearly subscriptions

A yearly code library plan is charged when you buy it and again on the same date each year, at the price shown when it renews, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for; cancelling does not refund that year. Our Refund Policy has the details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. A refund, a chargeback or a payment reversal ends your licence: your licence key stops working, you must stop using the Figma file and delete your copies, and you lose access to future updates.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, share or redistribute the file, the code or its components, publish them as your own kit or template, share your licence key with people your plan does not cover, try to obtain them without paying, or use Orvain UI for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Orvain UI, its brand, the Figma library and the code remain our property. The products you design and build with them are yours.

Disclaimer & liability

Orvain UI is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and usable, but we do not promise it will suit every project or be free of every error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Orvain UI at any time. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms or the Licence, and it ends automatically on a refund or chargeback as described above.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. That choice cannot take away the protections a consumer has under the law of their own country: if you buy as a consumer in the EU, the UK or anywhere else with mandatory consumer rules, those rules still apply to you in full.

We may update these Terms. The version shown on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
